**No rock, dirt, concrete, brick, etc.**
15-yard debris dumpster rental fee for a local area for up to 1 week (7 days) is $350 plus tax. Additional dumpster swaps (empty dumpster exchange) are an additional $350 plus tax per swap.
30-yard debris dumpster rental fee for a local area for up to 1 week (7 days) is $600 plus tax. Additional dumpster swaps (empty dumpster exchange) are an additional $600 plus tax per swap.
**Additional fees may apply for deliveries out of area**
If additional time is needed, customers must contact us prior to the end of the rental period. An additional fee of $10.00 per day will be charged once the rental period ends.
Rental fee includes (1) delivery, (1) pick up, and (1) landfill disposal up to the allotted tonnage, listed below:
Rental fee for 15-yard includes up to 1.5 tons.
Rental fee for 30-yard includes up to 3 tons.
Overages will be charged at $75.00 per exceeded ton. Customers will be held liable for any damage to roll off. If items are found in a dumpster that are not accepted by the landfill, additional charges will apply. Our driver will not pick up the dumpster and There will be a trip fee incurred if the dumpster is not readily available or accessible to be transported at time of pick up i.e., filled past maximum load line, anything sticking out that can damage our tarp, material laying over the edge of the dumpster. Rental fee will continue until dumpster is in compliance for transportation.

• Mattresses and box springs are $20 each to dispose of
• Air conditioning units and refrigerators (Only with Certified Freon removal. Customer must provide certificate at time of pick up) •
Appliances such as stoves, water heaters, washers and dryers
• Brush
• Construction and demolition materials
• Furniture items
• Household garbage/rubbish
• Recyclable material: cardboard, plastics, metals, paper and
glass • Yard waste, grass clippings and leaves
NOT ACCEPTED WASTE
• Antifreeze
• Appliances containing Freon
• Asbestos materials
• Brake fluid
• Batteries of any type
• Fertilizers
• Gas
• Grease
• Grit trap waste
• Hazardous materials
• Medical waste
• Oil filters
• Paint or paint thinner
• Pesticides
• Septic tank pumping
• Slaughterhouse waste or animal carcasses
• “Special waste” classified by TCEQ (because of quantity, concentration, physical or chemical characteristics or biological properties, requires special handling/disposal to protect human health or the environment) • Tire(s)
